SkyKick Expands Leadership Team; Adds Three Executives

Seattle – October 20, 2014 – SkyKick (, the easiest way to Office 365, announced today that it has doubled its leadership team by adding three executives to support its growing business worldwide. Steve Bonilla has been named as SkyKick’s Chief Operating Officer, Peter Labes as Vice President of Business Development and Eric Jewett as Vice President of International. The three new executives are Microsoft, channel and tech veterans.

“As we announced earlier this year, we are executing an aggressive and long-term growth plan to support Microsoft’s Office 365 business around the world,” said SkyKick co-CEO Todd Schwartz.

The appointments will help SkyKick support the increased global demand for its SMB and Enterprise Migration Suites—the world’s only automated platforms to migrate businesses to the cloud. Steve Bonilla—COO
Steve Bonilla is an experienced management executive who has spent his career developing early stage companies and scaling higher growth businesses. Most recently he served as COO at Spiraledge, parent company to, the dominant online retailer in swimwear and recreational aquatics products. At Spiraledge, Bonilla led major strategic and operational initiatives that resulted in a significant improvement in the company’s financial performance. Bonilla also held senior positions at companies like Accenture and Digital Impact (acquired by Acxiom) where he developed technology solutions for Fortune 500 and early stage businesses.

Peter Labes—VP of Business Development
Peter Labes is a veteran software executive who has driven SMB channel businesses for most of his career. Most recently, Labes was Senior Cloud Strategy Lead for Microsoft’s U.S. SMB Channel Group where he helped drive breakout growth of Office 365 through the channel. Prior to Microsoft, he served as a Senior Marketing Director at Sage Software and as a Director of Marketing for ACCPAC, a mid-market software company and subsidiary of Computer Associates acquired by Sage.

Eric Jewett—VP of International
Eric Jewett brings years of global cloud computing leadership experience to SkyKick. Jewett comes from Microsoft where he served in various international roles, including as Worldwide Director for Microsoft Azure Enterprise Sales Strategy, Senior Director of Microsoft Azure for Western Europe, and Worldwide Director of Windows Server and Virtualization Marketing. Jewett also held leadership roles at a cloud-based software company acquired by IBM.
