Do you sell to customers?

No. SkyKick is only available through partners. We do this because we’ve found a trusted IT Solution Provider is actually the best way for customers to get the most out of IT, the cloud, and our software. How can I register for SkyKick?

It’s free to register for SkyKick and check out all of our products and learning resources, including demos and marketing materials. How much does SkyKick cost?

SkyKick pricing is simple and designed for value, for both partners and their customers. Each of our products are priced based on simple per-user pricing, and we offer significant volume discounts based on usage or customer size.

For our Migration Suites, we don’t charge until the migration is complete, so there’s no risk to try. For Cloud Backup and Cloud Manager, pricing is monthly so you can cancel anytime.

How do I try it?

Partners get free use of SkyKick products, so there’s no risk (and a lot of value) to give it a shot.

For migrations, the Migration Suite does almost everything in advance without impacting the source environment.  Also, we don’t charge until the migration is complete. So it’s practically risk-free to try with any customer.

What does Cloud Backup cover in Office 365?

SkyKick Cloud Backup offers the most complete Office 365 cloud backup solution, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Office 365 Groups and Microsoft Teams. How is your Office 365 migration tool unique?

What are your Cloud Backup storage options?

Cloud Backup storage is in Microsoft Azure, and you can determine the storage location, based on two options available for each subscription:

  • Bring your own Azure storage: You can select your own Azure tenant or a customer’s Azure tenant for the data storage.
  • Use SkyKick Azure Storage: If SkyKick’s Azure storage is selected, you can select the location of the data center where the backup will be housed, including US, Australia, Canada, Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, North Europe, Singapore, UK West, UK South, and West Europe.

How do you migrate Exchange to Office 365?

For Exchange to Office 365 migrations, SkyKick can pretty much move it all. From your basic email, calendar and contacts data to email signature blocks, rules and calendar permissions, we’ll make transitioning your customers from the Microsoft Exchange Server to Outlook 365 easy and low-risk.
