What’s a SAM? Internally, we call our support technicians SAMs (SkyKick Account Managers) because of their level of technical expertise and their collaborative, consultative approach to helping partners. When partners call into our free, unlimited phone and email support, they immediately get someone with the knowledge to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Partner questions.

How long have you been at SkyKick? 6 months.
What attracted you to SkyKick? The company culture (everyone is humble and hard-working), the support team, and the powerful products.
What do you like most about your role? I love being able to learn from every single SAM, on a daily basis, and apply that knowledge to help partners worldwide.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Video games, TV shows (mostly Netflix), and hiking in the local area.
What is most challenging? Helping partners deal with complex source email environments that have tricky setup and configuration challenges, and helping them succeed with our tools.
What is something about you that surprises people when they get to know you? I play quidditch in a local league.
