Migration Sync provisions the Office 365 account and assigns licenses to users according to the migration plan created in the Web Planner. It even assigns POR and Delegated Admin access.
And last, but not least, the SkyKick Outlook AssistantBeta addresses many of the last-mile challenges that make or break the overall migration experience. SKOA is a lightweight client app that works in conjunction with Migration Sync to finalize the migration. It automatically sets up Outlook and retains Outlook extras like Address Autocomplete and Email Signatures. It also performs local PST migrations, and ensures timely transfer of all the company's email data.
The SkyKick Assistant automatically sets up the new Outlook profile to work with Office 365. It's basically hands free for end users.
For the end users, setting up their Outlook means more than just connecting to Office 365. They rely on their personalized settings in Outlook to help them work more efficiently. We also don’t utilize DirSync integration to perform the migration. So if needed, you’ll be responsible for setting up DirSync integration into Office 365 after the migration.
